A powder-filled epoxy compound was tested for cavitation wear in the form of bronze particles BraZHNMc9-4-4-1. The were obtained by sawing a bar. composition as follows: 100 parts resin K-153 and 12 hardener (polyethylene polyamine). specimens shaped cylinders, 15.5 15 mm diameter height, respectively. tests carried out with an ultrasonic magnetostrictive vibrator fresh water at temperature 20 ± 3 ° C. frequency amplitude oscillations hub end approximately 22 kHz 28 μm, distance between concentrator specimen set to 0.5 mm. second-order model describing function particle size, its content composite specific surface area constructed least-squares method. increases increasing values these parameters. greatest influence on has total microparticles volume unit.
